Saiful  Islam<\/a>   (2006(1)  KLT   619).\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned   Single   Judge   granted   relief   placing   reliance   on   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment   in  <a href=\"\/doc\/1485955\/\">Saiful   Islam   v.   State   of   Kerala<\/a>   (2003(3)   KLT<\/p>\n<p>384),   which   has   been   reversed   by   the   above   mentioned<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
