No.257 of 2011\n                      SHAMBHU SINGH, SON OF LATE GOLHI SINGH\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   23.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner had made a prayer for provisional bail<\/p>\n<p>                  but the reason why he prayed for provisional bail has already<\/p>\n<p>                  become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of such, I am not inclined to interfere in the<\/p>\n<p>                  matter since the Informant has appeared and submits that only<\/p>\n<p>                  the Informant and the Investigating Officer are left to be<\/p>\n<p>                  examined, the Informant is directed to make himself available<\/p>\n<p>                  on the next date for examination so that there is no further<\/p>\n<p>                  delay in trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              With these observations, the application is disposed<\/p>\n<p>                  off.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            ( Anjana Prakash, J.)<br \/>\n       S.Ali\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shambhu Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 23 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
