Ltd with Diamond textile<br \/>\nMills Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, the petitioner had filed Company Application<br \/>\nNo.256 of 2011 seeking dispensation of meetings of equity<br \/>\nshareholders and unsecured creditors on the ground that consent of<br \/>\nall the equity  shareholders and unsecured creditors has been<br \/>\nobtained and was produced on record. It was stated that there are no<br \/>\nsecured creditors of the petitioner-company. This Court vide order<br \/>\ndated 18.3.2011 dispensed with the meeting of the  equity<br \/>\nshareholders and unsecured creditors of  the petitioner-company.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\tAdmit.\n<\/p>\n<p>3\tNotice<br \/>\nto the Central Government through Regional Director, ROC Bhavan, Opp:<br \/>\nRural Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 380\n<\/p>\n<p>013. Notice is also directed to be issued upon the Official<br \/>\nLiquidator with direction to appoint Chartered Accountant for<br \/>\npreparation and submission of report at the cost of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4\tNotice<br \/>\nof hearing of petition to be published in Indian Express [English<br \/>\ndaily] and Lok Satta-Jan Satta [Gujarati daily] both Ahmedabad<br \/>\neditions.
