No.4035\/2011-D\n              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n          Dated this the 8th day of February, 2011\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The main prayer in the writ petition is for a<\/p>\n<p>direction  to  the  Government   to  dispose  of  Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>revision petition within a time frame.<\/p>\n<p>    2.   The petitioner was appointed as U.P.S.A at<\/p>\n<p>St.Joseph&#8217;s High School, Valielchal for the period from<\/p>\n<p>13\/10\/2004 to 23\/12\/2004 in a leave vacancy of one<\/p>\n<p>Smt.Thresiamma V.J., U.P.S.A who availed leave from<\/p>\n<p>11\/10\/2004 to 23\/12\/2004.    The approval given to the<\/p>\n<p>same is on daily wage basis as evident from Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>order of approval.    Complaining about the same, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext.P3 revision petition.     There<\/p>\n<p>will be a direction to the Government to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision on Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>Manager within a period of four months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
