No.24161 of 2008\n                                        SAHINDRA RAM\n                                               Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>  2     10\/07\/2008                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                     representing the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The police received information that some criminals were<\/p>\n<p>                     planning to commit serious offence. They were chased and there was<\/p>\n<p>                     exchange of fire between the police and criminals. Two persons<\/p>\n<p>                     Shyam Lal Rai and Anoj Kumar were caught and on their disclosure<\/p>\n<p>                     name of this petitioner has transpired.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that the petitioner was not arrested on the<\/p>\n<p>                     spot.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner     Sahindra Ram is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East<\/p>\n<p>                     Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 151 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>avin.
