After selection process,<\/p>\n<p>                      counselling etc in 2006 itself, the appointments were made and petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      was not appointed. In 2008, for the first time, petitioner challenges the<\/p>\n<p>                      appointment and explains the delay that he had no information about the<\/p>\n<p>                      appointments being made. He submits that he is entitled to get benefit as<\/p>\n<p>                      a physically handicapped person.         Petitioner ultimately moved the<\/p>\n<p>                      Tribunal on the Tribunal being constituted. Petitioner had, admittedly,<\/p>\n<p>                      not moved any authority prior to that. The Tribunal has noted in its order<\/p>\n<p>                      that notices were sent to the petitioner but he did not turn up for<\/p>\n<p>                      counselling and, as such, other appointments were made.<\/p>\n<p>                                    In view of the delayed challenge and the finding, as<\/p>\n<p>                      aforesaid, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
