2   12.10.2010             A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n
                 the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n
                           Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n
                 State.\n<\/p>\n
                           The allegation is of assaulting the father of the<\/p>\n
                 informant by the accused persons.\n<\/p>\n
                           It is submitted that there is no specific allegation<\/p>\n
                 against the petitioners of assaulting and the allegations,<\/p>\n
                 whatsoever, are omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that<\/p>\n
                 the cause of death is brain hemorrhage caused by hard<\/p>\n
                 substance however there is no allegation of assaulting by hard<\/p>\n
                 substance.\n<\/p>\n
                           Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n
                 it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n
                 period of four weeks from today, let the petitioners, above<\/p>\n
                 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n
                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n
                 Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 78 of 2010<\/p>\n
                 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of<\/p>\n
                 the Code of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
