K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n              ----------------------------------------\n            Bail Application No. 2273 of 2010\n             -----------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 20th day of April, 2010.\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>          In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.342\/2010 of Anchalumoodu Police Station for an offence<\/p>\n<p>punishable under the provisions of I.P.C., seek anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I have heard          the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioners and the other circumstances<\/p>\n<p>of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-<\/p>\n<p>in-charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>their arrest in connection with the above case on each of<\/p>\n<p>them executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five<\/p>\n<p>Bail A.No.2273 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1. Petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n               Officer   between   9 a.m.   and    11 a.m.  on all<br \/>\n               Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2. Petitioners shall make    themselves available for<br \/>\n               interrogation as and when          required by the<br \/>\n               Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3. Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n               prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n               tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4. Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n               bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
