Learned Government Pleader referring to the counter<\/p>\n<p>affidavit   filed   by   the   third   respondent   submits   that   the   third<\/p>\n<p>respondent   is   not   aware   of   the   appeal,   if   any   filed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and that reply from the Assistant Director of Survey is<\/p>\n<p>awaited in the matter.   There will be a direction to the Assistant<\/p>\n<p>Director   of   Survey,   Kollam   to   take   appropriate   action   in   the<\/p>\n<p>matter, in the light of Ext.P8 judgment, to see that the survey as<\/p>\n<p>directed in the judgment is conducted participating the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>also.  The needful shall be done within four months from the date<\/p>\n<p>of production of a copy of the judgment.
