Considering<br \/>\nthe facts of the case, the substantive sentence is suspended till the<br \/>\nfinal disposal of the appeal and the applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on bail.  It is stated at the bar by the learned Advocate<br \/>\nfor the applicant that the applicant is on bail.  Hence, same bail,<br \/>\nfresh bonds and on same terms and conditions.
