Ms. Pathak<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that in this case, learned Advocate General or learned<br \/>\n\tAdditional Advocate General or learned Government Pleader are not<br \/>\n\trepresenting the State and she is to represent the State and she has<br \/>\n\tabsolute authority to conduct the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned AGP further submitted that<br \/>\n\tapropos this court&#8217;s order dated 8.4.2011, the files containing<br \/>\n\tchange in dates and alleged tempering with the record is in custody<br \/>\n\tof the Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation Department. This is as<br \/>\n\tper the oral instructions she has received from Mr. Jayantibhai<br \/>\n\tVaghela, the Deputy Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation<br \/>\n\tDepartment, who is present in the Court and instructing her.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned AGP Ms. Pathak under the<br \/>\n\tinstruction of Shri Jayantibhai Vaghela, the Deputy Secretary has<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that file in respect of the proposal containing transfer \/<br \/>\n\tsuspension of Shri N.I. Patel is at present not available and the<br \/>\n\tsame could be available. Learned AGP also to produce the documents,<br \/>\n\twhich have been referred to in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the<br \/>\n\tthen Secretary Shri Tripathi, Shri Brahmbhatt and Chief Secretary<br \/>\n\tShri Joti.
