RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                               B.A. No. 2106 OF 2007\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                      Dated this the 10th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>who are accused   Nos.1 to 6 (formerly accused Nos.1 to 5 and 7)   in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.199\/07 of Taliparamba Police Station for  offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Secs.143, 147, 148, 324, 294(b) and 308 read with section 149<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek their   enlargement on bail.   The occurrence took place at<\/p>\n<p>about   9   p.m.   on   26.3.07.     The   petitioners   surrendered   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   on   29.3.07   and   were   remanded   to   judicial   custody   where<\/p>\n<p>they continue.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.      Having regard   to   the  facts  and  circumstances  of   the  case<\/p>\n<p>and   the   duration   of   judicial   custody  of   the   petitioners   and   the   present<\/p>\n<p>stage   of   investigation   of   the   case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   but   only   with   effect   from   a   future   date.     Accordingly,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from 18.4.07 on<\/p>\n<p>each of them executing a bond for  Rs.10,000\/-  (Rupees ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>only)   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,   Taliparamba   and   subject   to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBA.2106\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              a.     The petitioners shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p>              b.     The petitioners shall make themselves<\/p>\n<p>              available   for   interrogation   as     and   when<\/p>\n<p>              required by the police till the filing of the final<\/p>\n<p>              report.\n<\/p>\n<p>              c.     The   petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>              intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>              shall   they     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>              evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>              d.     The   petitioners   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>              offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioners   commit   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to them shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (V.
