Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :13\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n           R.BASANT &amp; K.SURENDRA MOHAN, JJ.\n                     ***********************\n                   W.P(C) No.37764 of 2010\n                  *****************************\n            Dated this the 13th day of January, 2011\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>BASANT, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Petitioner has come to this Court seeking issue of<\/p>\n<p>directions to respondents 1 to 3 under Article 226 of the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution to afford protection to the petitioner against illegal,<\/p>\n<p>culpable and violent acts of respondents 4 and 5, who allegedly<\/p>\n<p>obstruct the petitioner in loading and unloading materials.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Notice was ordered to the respondents.       Service is<\/p>\n<p>complete. Respondents 1 to 3 are represented by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader. Respondents 4 and 5, though served, have<\/p>\n<p>not chosen to appear before Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    The   learned    Government    Pleader    after  taking<\/p>\n<p>instructions submits that the area is not a scheme covered area.<\/p>\n<p>The learned Government Pleader further points out that interim<\/p>\n<p>directions were issued by this Court on 23.12.2010 and the same<\/p>\n<p>has been extended till this date. The relevant order passed on<\/p>\n<p>23.12.2010 reads as follows:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           &#8220;In such circumstances, there will be an<\/p>\n<p>     interim order directing respondents 2 and 3 to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      provide protection to the life of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>      his employees engaged in unloading raw materials<\/p>\n<p>      brought into the petitioner&#8217;s unit and loading<\/p>\n<p>      finished concrete blocks from the petitioner&#8217;s unit<\/p>\n<p>      as against any obstruction from members of<\/p>\n<p>      respondents 4 and 5 for a period of two weeks.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      4.   That order remains in force even now. The learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader submits that, in these circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>said interim order can be made absolute and further proceedings<\/p>\n<p>in this Writ Petition can be closed. The learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner also accepts that such course can be followed.<\/p>\n<p>      5.
