No.37189 of 2010\n                                     BABU SAHEB RAI\n                                             Versus\n                                      STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             --------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/    18.01.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Bhagwanpur<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S. Case no.92\/2009 (Sessions Trial no. 1283\/2009) registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    sections 304B and 201\/34 of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is husband and as per prosecution case, death of<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased was unnatural.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Para 5 of the case diary reveals that some sign of burn was<\/p>\n<p>                    found by the Investigating officer in course of his investigation. Apart<\/p>\n<p>                    from this not only informant but some other witnesses have also<\/p>\n<p>                    supported the prosecution story.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                               However, the learned Addl.
