Opposite Parties.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.11.2011            The husband- petitioner has preferred<\/p>\n<p>                  this revision application against the judgment<\/p>\n<p>                  and order dated 27.8.2009 passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in<\/p>\n<p>                  Maintenance Case No. 85 of 2007 by which the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.1500\/- per month to his wife- opposite party<\/p>\n<p>                  no. 2 for her maintenance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The   main     contention    of   learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the petitioner is that he does not<\/p>\n<p>                  get salary per month and he is also unable to<\/p>\n<p>                  pay the amount of maintenance per month. At<\/p>\n<p>                  present, the petitioner is ready to pay a sum<\/p>\n<p>                  of   Rs.10,000\/-   in   the   Court   of   learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in<\/p>\n<p>                  favour of the opposite party no. 2 against the<\/p>\n<p>                  impugned order within a period of three weeks.<\/p>\n<p>                           Issue notice to opposite party no. 2<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          both   under    ordinary     process     and    registered<\/p>\n<p>          cover, for which requisites etc. must be filed<\/p>\n<p>          within a period of one week, failing which this<\/p>\n<p>          application     shall stand rejected as against<\/p>\n<p>          them without further reference to a Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                    Put    up   this   case   immediately      after<\/p>\n<p>          service of notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In    the   meantime,     if    the    aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>          amount is deposited by the petitioner in favour<\/p>\n<p>          of opposite party no. 2 in the court of learned<\/p>\n<p>          Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, no<\/p>\n<p>          any coercive steps will be taken against the<\/p>\n<p>          petitioner.
