He has two main complaints, which are as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)<br \/>\nthe appeal which is fixed for hearing, no intimation was given to the<br \/>\nconvict in Jail about the date of hearing;\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to send intimation to the convict that the next<br \/>\ndate of hearing in Criminal Appeal No.898 of 2009 is 7th<br \/>\nMarch 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>and\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tthe convict be granted access to Law Library of the High Court<br \/>\nof Gujarat with Police protection as per rules and regulations as the<br \/>\nconvict wants to prepare himself for conducting the matter as<br \/>\nParty-in-Person.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Denish<br \/>\nKiran Rodriguez, brother of the applicant is conveyed that he should<br \/>\ninquire about the books required by the accused for preparing his<br \/>\ncase.  On his supplying list of books necessary orders will be passed<br \/>\nto see that those books are made available to the convict in Jail to<br \/>\nenable him to prepare his case.
