In brief, the   \n\nThe apm\ufb02apt   the accident\nthat occurred onxa compensation\nof R39?    has awarded\n\n1 ~ with interest at 6% p.a.\n\n  A'  that, the appellant herein has\n\n\ufb01led'    t' '2. He also submitted\n\nthat no compensation is awarded by the 'I'I'ibunal\n\ntowards loss of income during the period of treatment\n\nL\/\n\n\n\nand therefore, the impugied judgment anti  seeds\n\nto be modified.\n\n7. It is relevant is note, the '1'ribunal has\n\n  conxpenmtion of Rs.2,14,2G0\/- towards loss of\n\nfuture earnings taking the inceme of the appellant at\n\nRs.10()\/--- per day and the disability at 50% and\n\nL\/\n\n\n\nadapting the muitiplier 9f 17.
