No.2872 of 2011\n                        AWADHESH RAM, SON OF RAM PHAL RAM\n                                            Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   10.03.2011               Both the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases<\/p>\n<p>                   arise out of Jamui P.S. Case No. 344 of 2009 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 341, 323, 141 and 295 A of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                   accordingly, both the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases<\/p>\n<p>                   are being disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Admittedly, all the Sections are bailable except<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 295 A of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from perusal<\/p>\n<p>                   of the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui that in<\/p>\n<p>                   course of investigation, witnesses stated that informant was never<\/p>\n<p>                   obstructed from offering the Namaz rather the dispute arose on<\/p>\n<p>                   account of a piece of land, which was being used by the general<\/p>\n<p>                   public as play ground and grazing animals.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection<\/p>\n<p>          with above stated Jamui P.S.
