Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :23\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n                        -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).13260\/2008\n                        --------------------\n           Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2008\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>the delay in the appointment to the post of Junior<\/p>\n<p>Scientific Officer. Following order has been passed by this<\/p>\n<p>Court on 11.6.2008 pursuant thereto.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               &#8220;Government Pleader seeks tome to<\/p>\n<p>         get instructions as t the time frame within<\/p>\n<p>         which DPC      for     the     post of Junior<\/p>\n<p>         Scientific Officer can be convened as<\/p>\n<p>         proposed in the letter dated 23.5.2008<\/p>\n<p>         addressed    by     the      Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>         Secretary to the petitioner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>2.   Learned     Government         Pleader,  on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that DPC will be convened at the earliest, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within a period of four months from today.<\/p>\n<p>3.   In the result, writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>the Government to convene DPC for the post of Junior<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).132602008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Scientific Officer as early as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.
