DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 08\/11\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tLeave<br \/>\nto join State Government and Registrar, Gujarat Affiliated Colleges<br \/>\nServices Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioners and it is submitted that by oral<br \/>\njudgment dated 6.8.2010 passed in Special Application No.5075 of 1991<br \/>\nand allied matter, the Tribunal was directed by quashing and setting<br \/>\naside the impugned order therein by learned Single Judge (Coram:<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice K.S. Jhaveri) the matter was remanded to the<br \/>\nTribunal for considering the case afresh on merit and to pass order<br \/>\nwith reasons in accordance with law but however again the Tribunal by<br \/>\nthe impugned order dated 2nd June, 2011 without assigning<br \/>\nany reasons agreed with the earlier order which was quashed and set<br \/>\naside by the learned Single Judge which is the case of<br \/>\nnon-application of mind and disclosed no reasons and appears to be<br \/>\nex-facie illegal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nreturnable on 23rd November,<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAd-interim<br \/>\nrelief in terms of para 10 (C).\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
