(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 It is contended that the petitioner-plaintiff merely<\/p>\n<p>wants to rectify the typographical error to replace the words North as<\/p>\n<p>South and South as North in the title describing the property in<\/p>\n<p>dispute and replace the name of Mehtab Singh with Sheodan Singh.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment sought for will not tantamount to withdrawal of any<\/p>\n<p>admission as observed by Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.), Bhiwani.<\/p>\n<p>                 Taking into consideration, the stage of the case i.e.,<\/p>\n<p>no evidence having been recorded by the plaintiff, the amendment<\/p>\n<p>seems to be necessary for proper description of the property and<\/p>\n<p>                                &#8230; 1<br \/>\n C.R.No.4620 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>correction of typographical error. The trial Court has not considered<\/p>\n<p>the fact that the amendment will not cause any prejudice to the<\/p>\n<p>opposite party and the amendment is necessary for determining the<\/p>\n<p>real question in controversy between the parties. The impugned<\/p>\n<p>order is set aside.
