RAMKUMAR, J.\n                            = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                                Crl.M.C.No.3014 of 2010\n                            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                                    Dated: 29.07.2010\n\n                                         ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.116\/2005<br \/>\nof Karunagappally Police Station for offences punishable under<br \/>\nSections 120(b),143,147,148,452,323,324,308,506(ii) and 427<br \/>\nread with 149 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act and whose case<br \/>\nis now pending before the J.F.C.M-II, Karunagappally as C.P.<br \/>\nNo.112\/2008 seeks a direction to the said Magistrate to release<br \/>\nthe petitioner on bail on the date of her surrender itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are<br \/>\npending against the petitioner. The circumstances under which<br \/>\nthose non-bailable warrants of arrest came to be issued against<br \/>\nthe petitioner are not discernible to this Court. It is only proper<br \/>\nthat the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate and<br \/>\nseeks regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of permitting the<br \/>\npetitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate and file an<br \/>\napplication for regular bail within a period of two weeks from<br \/>\ntoday. In case, the petitioner complies with the above condition,<br \/>\nher bail application shall be considered and disposed of on merits<br \/>\npreferably on the same date on which it is filed notwithstanding<br \/>\nthe pendency of any non-bailable warrants against her.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dated this the 29th day of July, 2010<br \/>\n                                                     V.
