Bijarania, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n      ***\t\t\t\nBy the Court :<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThis petition has been preferred by the petitioner prisoner praying threin for releasing him on emergent parole under Rule 10-A of the Rajasthan Prisons (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958 on account of the illness of his wife and son.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh application before the concerned authorities, along with the supporting documents to show that the wife and the son are in critical conditions and\/or required surgery for which the attendance of the petitioner is necessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move a proper application with supporting documents before the authorities concerned. In case such an application is filed, it is expected that the authorities would pass necessary orders on the same expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<pre>(K.S.
