Mr.Premal Rachh, learned advocate<br \/>\n\tsubmits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of opponent and<br \/>\n\the will file his appearance in the main Civil Revision Application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving heard Mr.Premal<br \/>\n\tJoshi, learned advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr.Premal<br \/>\n\tRachh, learned advocate, who has instructions to appear in this<br \/>\n\tmatter on behalf of the opponent and having perused memo of<br \/>\n\tapplication the Court is satisfied that there is reasonable cause<br \/>\n\tfor not filing Civil Revision Application in time. The delay of 105<br \/>\n\tdays is, therefore, condoned. All these Civil Applications are<br \/>\n\taccordingly allowed.
