Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n            ------------------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) 3043 of 2008\n            -------------------------------------\n                      Dated: January 25, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The main relief sought for in this writ petition is to compel the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent not to appoint the 4th respondent as AWD. Though<\/p>\n<p>other substantial prayers are also made, petitioner now confines his<\/p>\n<p>request only to direct the 2nd respondent to furnish him a copy of<\/p>\n<p>any order appointing any candidate as a temporary AWD, before its<\/p>\n<p>implementation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In this case nobody has been appointed as a temporary<\/p>\n<p>AWD in the vacancy arose consequent on the death of late Sri<\/p>\n<p>K.B.Subramanian. Petitioner submits that by making Exts.P3 and P4,<\/p>\n<p>he too had applied for temporary appointment and the applications<\/p>\n<p>have been directed to be considered within the time limit fixed by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 judgment of this court.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Now that enquiry is pending as is evident from Ext.P8, the<\/p>\n<p>relief sought for in this writ petition for furnishing a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>appointment order can arise for consideration only when an<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 3043\/08<br \/>\n                            Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>appointment is made.       At that stage if the petitioner makes a<\/p>\n<p>request to the 2nd respondent, I have no doubt that the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent will issue a copy of the order. Petitioner submits that he<\/p>\n<p>be issued a copy of the appointment order, before it is<\/p>\n<p>implemented.
