2. win a motor aeeident that occurred on G1. 11.2003,<\/p>\n
Smt.   of the claimants died. The<\/p>\n
 c.hi]d1ei1′   deceased preferred a Claim Petitiozx<\/p>\n
  166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, through their<\/p>\n
   ian as their father was 8.130 killed in the<\/p>\n

the Tribunal erred   ‘_g_towa:ds persona}<\/p>\n

\ndeceased    for herself. Hence, the
\n   1\/3′-“d towards personal
\nexpeztses’ loss of dependency. It is also
\nseen  applied a wrong multiplier of 14,<\/p>\n
whegeas the  to be adopted is 15 as the age of<\/p>\n
   found to be 35 years at the time of the<\/p>\n
  loss of dependency is calculated takm’ g the<\/p>\n
 Wsgee at Rs.3,000\/- and deducting 1\/3” towards<\/p>\n
   expenses and applying the multiplier of 15, the<\/p>\n
t would work out to Rs.3,6o,ooo\/-. The Tribunal has<\/p>\n

affection This deserves to be enhanced to Rs.15,00\u20ac)\/ -. In all
