FALKA (POTHIA), DISTT.\n         KATIHAR.\n                              Versus\n                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.9.2010.           The petitioner has renewed his<\/p>\n<p>                prayer     for    bail    in    view    of   observation<\/p>\n<p>                given by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.7827 of<\/p>\n<p>                2010 on 16.3.2010 that petitioner will be<\/p>\n<p>                at liberty to renew his prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                after completion of ten months of custody<\/p>\n<p>                in   the    case.      Learned        counsel     for    the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner submits that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                in custody since 2.11.2009. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                is accused in a case for an offence under<\/p>\n<p>                Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                           Keeping       in    view    the      fact    that<\/p>\n<p>                earlier     observation        was     granted     to    the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner       to   renew    his     prayer    for    bail<\/p>\n<p>                after     completion      of    ten     months     of    his<\/p>\n<p>                custody in the present case, there is no<\/p>\n<p>                point to further detain the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                the present case. Accordingly, prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Let the petitioner above named be<\/p>\n<p>                enlarged on bail on his furnishing bond of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-       (ten       thousand)     with      two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction   of      C.J.M.,   Katihar     in    Falka<\/p>\n<p>        (Pothia)   P.S.
