Dholakia for petitioner, learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Pargi for respondent No.1 and  learned AGP Mr.Patel for<br \/>\nrespondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nthis matter, affidavit-in-reply is filed by the Regional Passport<br \/>\nOfficer as well as PSI, Khambhaliya. Against that, rejoinder is also<br \/>\nfiled by petitioner. However, learned advocate Mr.Dholakia for<br \/>\npetitioner submitted that irrespective of aforesaid proceedings, the<br \/>\npetitioner is prepared to make detailed representation for fresh<br \/>\nconsideration of the case of present petitioner to respondent Nos.1<br \/>\nand 2, so they may re-consider and re-examine the case of petitioner<br \/>\nfor issuing passport in favour of present petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid submissions made by Mr.Dholakia, let petitioner may<br \/>\nmake detailed representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2, within a<br \/>\nperiod of one month from date of receiving copy of present order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAs<br \/>\nand when respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein receive such representation<br \/>\nfrom petitioner, it is directed to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to<br \/>\nre-examine and re-consider the matter and representation made by<br \/>\npetitioner and thereafter, to pass appropriate reasoned order in<br \/>\naccordance with law, within a period of two months from date of<br \/>\nreceiving such representation from petitioner and communicate the<br \/>\ndecision to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tHowever,<br \/>\nit is made clear that in case if representation is rejected by<br \/>\nrespondent authorities, it is open for petitioner to challenge the<br \/>\nsame before appropriate forum in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>(H.K.RATHOD,J.)<\/p>\n<p>(vipul)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Mahmad vs Regional on 14 September, 2010 Author: H.K.Rathod,&amp;Nbsp;
