02     14.02.2011                     The petitioner is in custody in relation to Banka P.S.<\/p>\n
                       Case No.314\/2010 instituted under Sections 392&411 of the Indian<\/p>\n
                       Penal Code. The first information report was instituted against four<\/p>\n
                       unknown persons.\n<\/p>\n
                                      It is alleged that while the informant was traveling on<\/p>\n
                       his motorcycle with some cash which he collected, he was intercepted<\/p>\n
                       and motorcycle, mobile phone and cash were looted. It appears that<\/p>\n
                       subsequently in course of investigation petitioner’s name cropped up<\/p>\n
                       and from petitioner’s custody Rs.16000\/- of looted cash was<\/p>\n
                       recovered. It is further stated that the petitioner and other had shared<\/p>\n
                       the looted money.\n<\/p>\n
                                      On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that neither<\/p>\n
                       the money nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. parade.<\/p>\n
                                      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not<\/p>\n
                       inclined to entertain this application. However, the petitioner may<\/p>\n
                       renew his prayer for bail once charges are framed.<\/p>\n
