Respondents\n                                                    ......\n          Coram: The Hon'ble         Mr. Justice Amareshwar Sahay\n                                       ......\n          For the Appellants           : Mr. Manoj Tondon, Advocate\n          For the Respondents : --------\n                                       ......\n\n4\/15.01.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard Mr. Manoj Tondon, learned counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>          appellants.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The present appeal has been filed against the judgment of<\/p>\n<p>          affirmance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The title suit filed by the plaintiff-appellants for declaration of<\/p>\n<p>          their right, title and interest and for possession was dismissed by the trial<\/p>\n<p>          court after holding that Tito Mahatain adopted Mahadeo Mahto, i.e. the<\/p>\n<p>          father of the defendant no.1 as his son and the deed of adoption was valid.<\/p>\n<p>          The finding of the trial court about the validity of the adoption has been<\/p>\n<p>          concurred by the lower appellate court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The concurrent finding of facts arrived at by both the Courts<\/p>\n<p>          below are based on appreciation of evidence led by the parties, which do<\/p>\n<p>          not require to be interfered with by this Court in the second appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                            No substantial question of law is involved in the present case.<\/p>\n<p>          Accordingly, having found no merit, this second appeal is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                           (Amareshwar Sahay, J)<\/p>\n<p>Sharma-Mukund\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jharkhand High Court Manbodh Mahato &amp; Ors. vs Kartik Singh &amp; Anr. on 15 January, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Second Appeal No. 184 of 2005 1.
