Shah, for the petitioner in Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.5088 of 2011, made available for perusal of this Court<br \/>\nBooks of Accounts showing the withdrawals made by the<br \/>\nrespondent-workman, petitioner in Special Civil Application No.8384<br \/>\nof 2011. This pertains to the period between 1997 to 2002, only.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate, Mr. Shah, prays for sometime so as to find out, if, the<br \/>\nBooks of Accounts could be traced for the period between 1992 to<br \/>\n1997.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate, Ms. Shilpa R.
