Respondents\n\n\nPrayer:   Original Application No.8913 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records relating to G.O.Ms.No.251 Co-operation dated 28.06.1996 and consequently direct the respondents to settle all retiral benefits in favour of the applicant with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date on which the same fell due till the date of realisation and to continue to pay the pension etc.   Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\tFor petitioner        : Mr.L.Chandrakumar\n\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t               Government Advocate.\n\n                            -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.8913 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records relating to G.O.Ms.No.251 Co-operation dated 28.06.1996 and consequently direct the respondents to settle all retiral benefits in favour of the applicant with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date on which the same fell due till the date of realisation and to continue to pay the pension etc.   Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  The applicant was a Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and was aged 58 years at the time of filing the O.A.  It is stated that the petitioner  made a representation on 8.8.1997 to the second respondent Registrar of Co-operative Societies and on 17.8.1998 to the Chief Secretary to the Government.  It is not known whether the representations have been disposed off on merits as on today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  In any event, the petitioner is given liberty to give further representation to the respondents within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the earlier representations, if not already consider as well as the representations to be given, on merits and dispose off the same within two months thereafter.  The Writ Petition is disposed off accordingly.
