JHAVERI, J.]\t<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nIN CIVIL APPLICATION<\/p>\n<p>1.\tRule<br \/>\nreturnable on 09.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nway of ad-interim relief, the impugned judgment and award passed by<br \/>\nthe Tribunal below is stayed on condition that the<br \/>\napplicant-Insurance Company deposits the decretal amount with the<br \/>\nTribunal below before the returnable date.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tOn<br \/>\nsuch deposit being made, the Tribunal below shall invest 60% thereof<br \/>\nin Fixed Deposit with any nationalized bank on long term basis and<br \/>\nthe same shall be renewed from time to time, without any further<br \/>\norders in that regard from this Court. Quarterly interest accruing on<br \/>\nsuch deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular<br \/>\nbasis.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tOrders<br \/>\nregarding disbursement of the balance 40% amount shall be passed on<br \/>\nthe returnable date.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
