L. Pahwa, Consultant;<br \/>\nThe Respondent states that he has given the marks south by the Appellant but has not provided the copy<br \/>\nof the answersheet. A Full of the Commission in Complaint No. CIC\/WB\/C2006\/00223;Appeal Nos.<br \/>\nCIC\/WB\/A\/2006\/00469; &amp; 00394 ; and Appeal Nos. CIC\/OK\/A\/2006\/00266\/00058\/00066\/00315 dated<br \/>\n23\/04\/2007 has decided that the Universities and bodies which conduct examinations for a very large<br \/>\nnumber of candidates need not provide photocopies of the answersheets.
