However, as regards the three lessors, it appears that there<br \/>\n\twas some dispute, hence, the sale deed could not be executed so far.<br \/>\n\t Today, at the time of hearing of the present application, the<br \/>\n\tparties have resolved the matter between them and have arrived at<br \/>\n\tthe following consensus :\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tThe<br \/>\nremaining three lessors agree to furnish all necessary details to the<br \/>\nIDBI Bank.  Till then, the IDBI Bank shall retain the amounts payable<br \/>\nto the said three lessors, namely, [1] Shantaben Chandulal Patel,<br \/>\nwife of Mohanbhai Ganeshbhai Patel, [2] Bhadraben Rasikbhai Patel<br \/>\n[daughter of Bachubhai Somnath Patel], and [3] Premilaben Ramkrishna<br \/>\nAmin [daughter of Bachubhai Somnath Patel], in Fixed Deposits, along<br \/>\nwith the interest accrued thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tOn<br \/>\nfurnishing all details to the IDBI Bank, the IDBI Bank will release<br \/>\nthe amount forthwith with interest accrued thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tAll<br \/>\nlessors undertake to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicant<br \/>\non 22nd September, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the aforesaid, the grievance voiced by the applicant in the<br \/>\n\tpresent application stands redressed.
