Application  No. 367  of 2008  is  an  application  to  condone  the<\/p>\n<p>delay   of   167   days   in   filing   the   appeal.     The   appeal   is   filed   against   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment and decree in L.A.R. No.223 of 2003 on the file of the Additional<\/p>\n<p>Sub   Court,     Thalassery.       Acquisition   is   for   the   formation   of   Thalassery-\n<\/p>\n<p>Mahe bye pass road.  It is seen that in similar cases, this Court has sustained<\/p>\n<p>the land value at Rs.17,500\/- per cent and one such case is L.A.A.No.142 of<\/p>\n<p>2007  and connected  cases.      Therefore,  the application  and the appeal are<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.  I.A.
