RESPONDENTS\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   22\/6\/2010                The petitioner is a practicing Advocate of this<\/p>\n<p>                court and has appeared in person.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard the petitioner and learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The grievance of the petitioner is that land<\/p>\n<p>                belonging to Harbansh High School, Chandi, Panchayat-<\/p>\n<p>                Narbirpur, P.O. Narhi &#8211; Chandi, District- Bhojpur (Ara)<\/p>\n<p>                has been illegally grabbed by private persons and the<\/p>\n<p>                State,   which is supposed to protect the land of this<\/p>\n<p>                school which has been taken over as Government<\/p>\n<p>                School in 1970, is not taking appropriate action. The<\/p>\n<p>                other grievance of the petitioner is that the concerned<\/p>\n<p>                respondents should take steps to initiate Intermediate<\/p>\n<p>                course in the said School at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p>                             Although a number of documents have been<\/p>\n<p>                annexed with the writ petition and the supplementary<\/p>\n<p>                affidavit to show that in the cadastral survey the School<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         was having approximately 10 acres of land, it is not<\/p>\n<p>         found feasible to enquire into such matter for the first<\/p>\n<p>         time in writ jurisdiction.    Hence,    this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>         purporting to be in public interest is disposed of with<\/p>\n<p>         liberty to the petitioner    that he may approach the<\/p>\n<p>         Collector\/District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara         with a<\/p>\n<p>         detailed representation along with relevant papers. If<\/p>\n<p>         such a representation is filed then the Collector shall<\/p>\n<p>         take required steps and must hold an inquiry or get an<\/p>\n<p>         inquiry held in the matter so that lawful steps may be<\/p>\n<p>         taken to protect the land of the School, if it has been<\/p>\n<p>         grabbed by others illegally. The required action should<\/p>\n<p>         be taken by the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>         preferably within six months from the date of filing of<\/p>\n<p>         the representation along with a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                                 ( R.
