No.23549 of 2009\n                                        ASHOK KUMAR\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>7\/      29.06.2010            In view of the order dated 30.04.2010,<\/p>\n<p>                     husband and wife are personally present in Chamber<\/p>\n<p>                     and submit that both are ready to lead their conjugal<\/p>\n<p>                     live peacefully. Husband is taking his wife today from<\/p>\n<p>                     this court to his house. He undertakes that he will<\/p>\n<p>                     keep his wife with love, care and affection. The wife<\/p>\n<p>                     will also cooperate with the husband.<\/p>\n<p>                              In such view of the matter, let the matter be<\/p>\n<p>                     adjourned till 20.09.2010.
