Parghi for the petitioner and learned<br \/>\n\tAssistant Government Pleader, Ms. Jirga Jhaveri for the respondent &#8211;<br \/>\n\tState.\n<\/p>\n<p>Upon<br \/>\n\tinstructions, it is submitted that the petitioner would like to<br \/>\n\twithdraw this petition with a view to avail remedies after<br \/>\n\tdepartmental proceedings are over.  However, no decision is taken by<br \/>\n\tthe respondent authority as on date and therefore, it is submitted<br \/>\n\tthat the authority be directed to expedite the proceedings of<br \/>\n\tenquiry pending against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>If<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner has filed a reply and co-operated in the departmental<br \/>\n\tenquiry by fulfilling the requisite norms, the disciplinary<br \/>\n\tauthority may take a decision in accordance with law upon receipt of<br \/>\n\treport by the enquiry officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, this petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.<br \/>\n\tNo order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Anant<br \/>\nS.
