K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application No. 5411 of 2008\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         Dated this the 9th day of September, 2008.\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are the accused in Crime No.696\/2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Kalady Police Station for an offence punishable under Sec.<\/p>\n<p>498 A r\/w 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard           the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioners and the other circumstances<\/p>\n<p>of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>their arrest in connection with the above case on each of<\/p>\n<p>them executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five<\/p>\n<p>Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>Bail A.No.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.    Petitioners   shall    report  before  the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n            a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.    Petitioners shall make          themselves<br \/>\n            available for interrogation as and when<br \/>\n            required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.    Petitioners    shall   not   influence  or<br \/>\n            intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n            they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n            the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n            while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
