Advocate, for the respondents.<\/pre>\n<p>        In view of the law laid down in the case of Hukum Singh<br \/>\nVs. State of M.P. &amp; Others, 2009(1) MPJR, SN 5, I.A.<br \/>\nNo.7017\/2010 is allowed and petitioners are permitted to file this<br \/>\npetition by paying one set of Court-fee.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Petitioners were appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher.<br \/>\nThey claim to have obtained B.Ed\/D.Ed\/BTI Qualification at their own<br \/>\nexpense during service.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Petitioners contend that they are entitled for two advance<br \/>\nincrements from the date of declaration of result of their training. They<br \/>\ncontend that similar matter came before this Court and the benefit was<br \/>\nextended to such employees. Petitioners have placed reliance on the<br \/>\njudgments passed in the case of Dwarkesh Vs. State of MP and<br \/>\nanother 2004(1) MPLJ 261 and in the case of Ku. Neena Dwivedi and<br \/>\nanother Vs. State of MP and others 2004(2) MPHT 221. They have<br \/>\nalso relied on the order passed in the case of Shashi Bhusan Dwivedi<br \/>\nVs.
