SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal,<\/a> filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent by<br \/>\nthe appellants &#8211; original petitioners, challenges the judgment<br \/>\nand order dated 18th<br \/>\nJuly 2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.7112 of 2011 vide which the learned Single Judge<br \/>\nrejected the writ petition filed by the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr Chirag Patel, learned counsel for the appellants.  He has urged<br \/>\nthat &#8216;Doctor&#8217; is not included within the definition of a workman<br \/>\nunder the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and therefore the Labour<br \/>\nCourt has no jurisdiction in the matter.  He further submitted the<br \/>\nLabour Court has erred in passing the award.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccording<br \/>\nto the learned counsel for the appellants, he has raised this<br \/>\ncontention before the learned Single Judge, but the said point was<br \/>\nnot dealt with by the learned Single Judge.   In this regard, he<br \/>\nwants to file a review application  before the learned Single Judge<br \/>\nand wants to withdraw the appeal.
