Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Allegation         is     that    three       persons<\/p>\n<p>                        Md.       Faizuddin,          Sheikh           Akhtar      and      Md.<\/p>\n<p>                        Kalimuddin          @     Kalu      were       apprehended        with<\/p>\n<p>                        activan        tablets        and        the     name     of     these<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners has come up on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>                        confessional            statement         of    the      apprehended<\/p>\n<p>                        accused persons.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Submission is that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                        were not apprehended at the spot and their<\/p>\n<p>                        names have come on the basis of confessional<\/p>\n<p>                        statement of co-accused who has been admitted<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            to bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering          the       facts          and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is<\/p>\n<p>            allowed.     Let     petitioners     Sk.
