We\u00a0heard\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the \u00a0 Ambala \u00a0 studio \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 NIC. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Respondents \u00a0 were \u00a0 present \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 Chandigarh\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0wanted\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0marks\u00a0awarded\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0in\u00a0various\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>papers \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 written \u00a0 test \u00a0 and \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 interview \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 examination \u00a0 for \u00a0 the \u00a0 post \u00a0 of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>probationary \u00a0 clerk. \u00a0 The \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 had \u00a0 denied \u00a0 the \u00a0 information \u00a0 as \u00a0 also \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellate\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Authority.\u00a0After\u00a0carefully\u00a0considering\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0made\u00a0by\u00a0both\u00a0the\u00a0parties,\u00a0we\u00a0are\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority.\u00a0Just\u00a0because\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0stay\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>from\u00a0the\u00a0Supreme\u00a0Court\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0similar\u00a0matter\u00a0of\u00a0some\u00a0other\u00a0organisation,\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>in\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0could\u00a0not\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0denied.\u00a0Section\u00a08(1)\u00a0(e)\u00a0as\u00a0cited\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>support\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0decision\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0applicable\u00a0at\u00a0all\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0marks\u00a0awarded\u00a0to\u00a0a\u00a0candidate\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>an\u00a0examination\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0held\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0authorities\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0fiduciary\u00a0capacity.<\/p>\n<p>4.       Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>days\u00a0from\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0the\u00a0marks\u00a0awarded\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0written\u00a0examination,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>paper\u00adwise\u00a0and\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0interview,\u00a0separately,<\/p>\n<p>5.
