Motipur, District\n               Samastipur.\n                                                                   ---------- Petitioner\n                                       Versus\n               The State Of Bihar\n                                                               -------- Opposite Party\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/-   10\/08\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon<\/p>\n<p>                        copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        K.Asthan P.S. Case No. 276 of 2010 for the offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                        Sections 302\/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of<\/p>\n<p>                        Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birol (Darbhanga).<\/p>\n<p>                                      In this case, instituted against unknown petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                        name emerged during investigation in the statement under Section 164<\/p>\n<p>                        Cr.P.C. of one of the apprehended accused, Nand Lal Singh, as the<\/p>\n<p>                        person at whose shop some food grains which were loaded on the<\/p>\n<p>                        truck was unloaded. Earlier, other co-accused Rizwan in his extra<\/p>\n<p>                        judicial confession has stated about the killing of persons in<\/p>\n<p>                        occupation of the vehicle and the food grains.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Submission is that except statement of Nand Lal Singh<\/p>\n<p>                        and Pawan Singh, there is nothing against the petitioner nor there is<\/p>\n<p>                        any material to show his involvement in earlier part of the offence and<\/p>\n<p>                        he has clean antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>            furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>            sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional<\/p>\n<p>            Judicial Magistrate, Birol (Darbhanga), in connection with K.Asthan<\/p>\n<p>            P.S.
