This court<br \/>\n(Coram: A.L.Dave and V.M.Sahai, JJ), vide order dated 10.02.2011, was<br \/>\npleased to issue notice making it returnable on 24.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIt<br \/>\ntranspires from the record that corpus Payalben is eighteen years and<br \/>\nfour months old. We have ascertained the wish and will of corpus<br \/>\nPayalben and in clear and strong words, she expressed her willingness<br \/>\nto stay with her husband, the present petitioner, Sunilkumar.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIt<br \/>\nis also worthwhile to note that corpus Payalben has expressed her<br \/>\ndesire, as aforesaid, even in presence of her mother, Manguben,<br \/>\nuncle, Ranjitbhai and uncle (fua), Vijaybhai.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tWe<br \/>\nhave also examined the record of the petition. The petitioner and the<br \/>\ncorpus have married on 12.01.2011 and registration of the same has<br \/>\nalso been made and their marriage is registered under the Gujarat<br \/>\nRegistration of Marriages Act, 2006, before the competent authority<br \/>\non 13.01.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tRespondent<br \/>\nNo. 7 is hereby directed to provide protection to the petitioner and<br \/>\ncorpus Payalben till they reach Modasa.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, the present petition deserves to be allowed.
