In support of his submission, he<br \/>\nhas submitted that earlier also the applicant had preferred temporary<br \/>\nbail application being Criminal Misc.Application No.3955 of 2011<br \/>\nbefore this Court (Coram: Anant S. Dave, J.) along with his brother<br \/>\nwherein only his brother was released on bail and in the said order<br \/>\nit was observed by this Court that on surrendering the brother of the<br \/>\npresent applicant in time, the case of the present applicant would be<br \/>\nconsidered.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe averments made in the application and the applicant&#8217;s jail<br \/>\nrecord, the applicant is granted temporary bail for a period of 15<br \/>\ndays, from the date of his release, on his depositing a sum of<br \/>\nRs.2,000\/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) before the jail authority. Upon<br \/>\ncompletion of the aforesaid period, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\nbefore the Jail Authorities, forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\n  Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
