In Appeal<br \/>\nlearned Industrial Court enhanced the said amount to Rs.5,00,000\/-.<br \/>\nThe petitioner-workman is aggrieved by the said order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nAs recorded in the separate order passed today in SCA No.1897 of<br \/>\n2011, the respondent employer has     also challenged the same award.<br \/>\nThus, this is a cross-petition. Hence, Rule.
