No.1 and grand mother of the plaintiff.  the”  <\/p>\n
plaintiff is that Srnt. Meenakshiammal  e\u00a7:eci,ited’a:’Vx2yill,1v, .f<\/p>\n
dated 13.8.1984 bequeathingthe,
\nin his favour. However, rnother i.e.,
\ndefendant No.1 has  copy” of the
\nsubsequent registered  executed by
\n  plaint schedule
\nproperty,  aforesaid earlier will
\ndated in dispute that the appellants’<\/p>\n
mother who is vrespondentt. No.1 herein is residing in the<\/p>\n
