Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :22\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n             S.R.Bannurmath, C.J. &amp; Kurian Joseph, J.\n                 ------------------------------------------\n                       W.A.No.1276 of 2009\n                 ------------------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 22nd day of June, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>S.R.Bannurmath, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge<\/p>\n<p>dated 9th June, 2009, rejecting the prayer of the petitioner to quash<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 and declare that the petitioner is entitled to have given<\/p>\n<p>ARD licence No.48 of Nannambra Panchayat in Tirurangadi<\/p>\n<p>Taluk, the present writ appeal is filed.<\/p>\n<p>           2. Admittedly, the spouse of the petitioner\/appellant is<\/p>\n<p>already holding an ARD licence and as such, as per the policy<\/p>\n<p>decision and Circulars, the petitioner\/appellant is ineligible for<\/p>\n<p>having a second licence in the family. Moreover, it is also seen<\/p>\n<p>that the shop in question has been reserved for physically<\/p>\n<p>handicapped candidates.
